Africa’s leading research and training center

Thank you for visiting our donation page.

To continue this project and to support wildlife in Kibale, we need your help. Kibale is home to 14 species of primates, including our closest living relatives—the endangered chimpanzees, 18 species of carnivores, and one of the few growing populations of elephants in Africa. Rangers in Kibale risk their lives every day to protect these valuable populations of wildlife.

Even the smallest donations can make a difference, so any and all contributions are therefore greatly appreciated.

The simplest way to contribute is to donate online ( and hit “Give Now” at the top. You then simply file in your personal information and check the other box and type in Ranger Appreciation Fund – Colin Chapman. If you would like to contribute by other means or causes (e.g., by personal check or to a health clinic in the park), just email Colin (
